Lone CBD ships anywhere in the United States. All orders ship within 1-2 business days after their order has been placed, Monday-Friday. Orders received on the weekend will be sent out the following week. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

What shipping methods does Lone CBD offer?

Lone CBD offers $4.99 shipping for all orders under $70, and free shipping for all orders over $70. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Is Lone CBD able to ship to all 50 states?

Lone CBD can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

Can Lone CBD ship outside of the United States?

Lone CBD only ships within the US at this time.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you have already placed an order, your shipping address may not be changed.

How can I track my order?

Your order completion email will include your USPS tracking number. You can also check via the orders section in your account profile. This section will contain your tracking information.

How soon can Lone CBD ship my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following week.

What if I don’t receive my Lone CBD order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at 1-213-547-9607 or contact@lonecbd.com.
